After the rain

As much as I love the sunshine, the rain can be nice sometimes too. I enjoy going out after the rain and taking pictures of the flowers. Here's a few of my most recent favorites.
Love the smell of these peonies and the water drops just looks so pretty on them.
Love the look of water drops on the green leaves of the iris too.

I can hardly believe this myself but I didn't even edit these. Sometimes mother nature provides enough beauty that playing around with it to try and enhance it would be a shame.

Sometimes I enjoy looking at the drops to see if they refracted an image around it.Great shots!

These pictures are great. I love going out after the rain and looking at the water all over everything. It's one of the best times to look at nature.

Those photos are remarkable, really like the last two, how the out of focus background looks so 'natural' against the individual leaves.

Leslie thank you. I have a Sony alpha, I did a lot of research before I bought this one. I may not have got what I wanted but I got what I could afford :)
