TGIF
My favorite part about it being Friday is knowing that tomorrow morning I don't have to hear the alarm go off tomorrow morning. I don't care how early I get up so long as it's not because the alarm told me I had to.
I suppose if it's not raining when I get home from work I should consider mowing the lawn. Everyone around me has already done their yards and mine is getting a little high and a lot yellow.

I love dandelions!
I love dandelions, in both forms! The cheerful yellow, and gone to seed for little children to blow. Hmm, your grass is a bit long, but I always hate to mow them down. You are so right. As long as we can wake up when we WANT, and not when something tells us to!
HEY, that's Presley on you tablet! I had been so busy looking at the pillow that I didn't notice she was on it! What a long double take!
so bright and yellow - seems a shame to just mow them down...maybe keep a grouping with a wide green band around them...

Just remember, the bees need that yellow! Mine have bloomed and I get up in the morning and let Bubbie out and there are all those little round seed heads. If I had any sense, I would try to take a picture. It is quite pretty in the dawn hours.

Hubby mowed our lawn the other day and it was pretty bad too. Looks good now.

Lin, yep, it's Friday. The one advantage? of still working through all this, I do know what day of the week it is.
I gotta confess. I love the yellow on the lawns. Love to let them grow and shine, where possible. So pretty.
Dandelions are sweet! Tall grass, not so much.
We have a little patch of wildflowers that pop up in one spot on the front lawn, and sometimes my husband will go around them when mowing because I think they are cute.
My plan is to be lazy Wednesday. I am so pooped from yard work and pulling weeds!!!...:)jp
