Working my way back

I'm slowly but surely working my way back into the creative mood. I've been pouring through magazines and scouring the internet for inspiration. I've also been picking up the camera a little bit more. I have a bazillion ideas running through my head which is probably how I ended up getting burned out the last time. Can't help it though. The most recent things I completed were two cards. One you saw yesterday that I decided made the perfect get well card for Ratty. The other is a Halloween card that I did some quilling on.
I even decided to make a matching liner for the envelope.

Love it. I'm happy to see that your creative juices are again flowing. It could be the weather. Just saying.

Have a terrific day. My best to Duke. :)

Glad you've got your inspiration back! Your cards are so great. You really should consider opening an Etsy shop!

Whenever you get to feeling burnt out, just think about how many enthusiastic followers of your efforts you have accumulated here. If that doesn't work, let Duke give you a big sloppy kiss on the lips. Now, if that doesn't get you in the mood, you really are done.

I get that burn-out problem too, alternated with too many ideas. I think it goes with the personality.

Your card is great...i have always liked the look of quilling but have never tried it.....maybe I should give it a go sometime...maybe for homemade christmas cards...how hard is it??

Great Halloween card! I wish I had a bizillion ideas in my head. Most of the time mine's just blank :)

Sandee, you could be right but then I've had slumps in cold weather too...lol

Grace Didn't make the envelop just the liner for it so that it would match the card. I've been trying to work with an initial but I'm having trouble getting it just right :)

Roschelle but shucks I like hearing it anyway...lol

wild rose ah yes, it comes it goes it comes back again :)

reeni thanks

catherine most of the time my problem is that I have too many things I want to do and don't know where to start

LDH I don't blame you, I would have done the same...lol

beaded tail maybe one of these days I wlil

jean I have considered but I'm a procrastinator :)

fullet this one was easy, just go with the halloween theme and you can't miss

fishhawk my followers and my dog, the best motivators I know :)

out on the prairie the card I made yesterday, the one posted for Ratty, the apples and basket were cut on the cricut, I should have mentioned that

donna thank you very much

beebebabs thank you so much

grampy the brain keeps wanting to skip right over halloween and go right for christmas...lol

sharkbytes maybe we share the same personality...lol

allotments4you, homemade christmas cards would be a great idea. I wouldn't exactly say it's hard to do but I tend to get frustrated when things aren't turning out exactly the way I want them to

Audrey, don't feel bad, mine goes blank quite often too :)

I love to see what you can do on the inner page of that card ann. This is the first time I saw a Halloween card!

Ann said...

tahtimbo I'll see what I can do.

Vanilla seven, actually the inside is blank. I was going to put something inside but then just skipped it
