From my deck

The other night I took my camera and went out on the deck to see what I could see. It wasn't dark yet but the moon was quite visible. I can't get good moon pictures but I thought if I tried while it was still light it might be better.

The tree in my next door neighbors yard is full of red berries and I liked the way they looked.

This bush is in a yard a couple houses over. Those pink flowers caught my eye.

I have no plan for the day. I'm going to play it by ear and see what I feel like doing. What are you going to do today?

Your daytime moon shot is beautiful! So YES, you CAN get very good moon shots. Love the pink flowers and the sun on the berries. Going grocery shopping tomorrow.

These are great photos! Love the moon shot. What the heck is that bush in the last photo with those huge flowers! That is just so cool.

Once it gets dark out, all my moon shots are horrible.

I have no idea what the bush is but those flowers sure got my attention.

That moon shot is great! Those pink flowers look like hibiscus, but I could be wrong.

Today I want to move potted plants around into areas easier for me to take care of. It's also one of my days to water with sprinkler so I plan to do that also. Plus, I want to weedwack along sidewalk out front, and other areas as well. We'll see how much I get done. Have to get outside early before the heat and humidity get bad.

Have a great weekend Ann ~ FlowerLady

Going into the city for a visit with my daughter and a fun dinner out at my favorite restaurant. Getting away from this empty house, mostly.

The moon shot turned out very nicely.

We are on our boat. Time to take off the screens and put up the isinglass so we won't get wet when we to to the bay. That's in a week and a half. Checking to see what's needed in terms of supplies. Makes it easier when we get ready to leave.

Have a fabulous day off, Ann. Love you. Scritches to Gibbs. ♥♥♥

This morning I am sticking close to home . . . a new refrigerator is being delivered sometime today from Lowes. It seems like now that Steve is retiring, every thing in the house is breaking down. I keep spending my time telling him that it will be alright. He is so afraid of us not having enough money to live on. So, I spend my time reminding him of all the years that we have been together and how the good Lord has always provided enough. He's not going to stop now :)
Have a sweet day and follow your heart . . . enjoy!
Connie :)
