Well I finished my first project with my knifty knitter. This has got to be the easiest scarf I have ever made. I think it took me much less time to do this than it did to crochet the last one I did.
I must confess though, I was about a quarter of the way through it and realized I had messed up somewhere along the line and I didn't know how to fix the mistake. I ended up pulling the whole thing out and starting over. In the end I was pretty happy with the way it turned out.
Just to be on the safe side I got a second opinion from an expert. He's final evaluation was that it was soft and comfortable. So my scarf got the Westie paw of approval. To show my appreciation I let him take a little nap on it.

It's just darling and so is Duke..better knit one for him too! I love all your projects below too..very pretty! :D
Duke thinks you made it for him. I'm just saying.
I love the scarf. Are you a Virgo by chance? You pulled it all apart and started over. That's what I would do.
Have a terrific day. My very best to Duke. :)
I haven't knitted in years...and wish to take it up again. You just encouraged me to do so!
Tell Duke we love the scarf also. Your three cards are beautiful tfs!
Your scarf turned out lovely! I want to learn to knit so maybe there's hope for me yet! Duke is such a cutie!
Every project needs the paw of approval. Looks nice! Variegated yarn, or several strands together?
Very nice! Do you think Duke will share?
Pretty scarf. I see Duke approves. Your cards in your previous post are beautiful. Just started working on my Valentine's Day cards myself.

This is veruy pretty, and it doesn't even look like it was made on a little thingy, it looks hand knit!
Duke's paw of approval is most important :) hope he drools a bit on it when he's sleeping on it.. hehehehehe mebbe i should take up knitting.. hmmm.. cos this is beautiful!
You and your knifty knitter produced a very nifty looking scarf :-)
You should start selling your knitting. Everything could receive the Westie paw of approval :). What a great marketing gimmick.
What a wonderfully warm looking scarf Ann. Someone else appears to think so too!
I looked up where to get a nifty knitter when you first mentioned it - I may get one (eventually). That yarn is really nice - it all came out very well!
Hi Ann- You have an award waiting for you at http://myqualityday.blogspot.com/
I'm envious of people who can knit. I've tried many times... but I'm just not good at it.
Looks like Duke gave his paw of approval... that pic says it all :)
Well, if it is all right with Duke...
This looks great Ann...on your recommendation I have ordered some of these and I am now (not so ) patiently waiting for the postman to deliver them so I can start playing!!!
That's amazing. I like the mix of colours you used. Happy knitting!
Great scarf, Ann - I'm impressed!
Nice scarf! That is exactly what we need here where we live! The weather bureau has predicted really cold temperatures until April for us here in Sweden. Hope it's not true!
I may have to take up knitting too!
Hugs,
Anna

Wonderful scarf Ann. Nice to see Duke taking it easy.I could use that scarf right now. We got another two feet of snow overnight. On the brighter side. It is nice and sunny out there right now.
I am impressed, who knew that little gadget could churn out a scarf that meets with a pawfect approval. baby girl would love it.
So that must have been the square tube one. I see lots of yarn that is ultrasoft . The craft shows sell them fast, because they had lots of people selling them .
Weeeelllll....if the Duke approves, then...it Must be soft!!Hahaa

It's definitely scarf weather here, it's absolutely freezing! We've had snow but it hasn't settled on the ground.
Well it was made for Duke, wasn't it. He sure looks comfy on it. It is really neat. I had a feeling that might not be too hard to do but that doesn't mean that I could do it. That really looks great to me. Take care.
