Overload

I seem to be suffering from a bad case of overload. Between, work, home, blogging, reading and commenting, craft projects and all the other things I want to cram into a day, I've just about burned myself out.
For the rest of the week I'll be posting pictures that I took last weekend when we were visiting Presque Isle State Park. I'll read as many of your blogs as I can but my commenting will be rather limited. Hopefully after a week I can get my act together again.
Today I'll give you two pictures. The original and the edit I did.

I love the edit very much. You have the place all to yourself. Love it.

Get some rest. I can so relate. My best to you and Duke. :)

Oh, Ann, I know right where you are. I've not been posting as much as I just can't seem to keep up!

That is really neat the way you edited it! I'm feeling much the same way...but I must plug on...

OH...I so relate to the lack of time issue. We need to retire!:)
Super pictures...I like the second one better also.

I prefer the first, with a little editing - adjust the water color I think. The second one, while very pretty doesn't look real - I like real! The first is a photo, the second is an art piece...

Between work, blogging and my Etsy shop, I feel like I've spent most of my summer at the computer. I might be unplugging sometime soon too! Hope you can recharge this week and enjoy time to yourself!

I bet that is a fun place to spend a summer day! How nice that you can make it all for yourself too!

Love them both. The last one looks more relaxing. But like I said...I could soooo get into both of those scenes.

Take it easy :)

Welcome to the club, Ann!! You have been such a busy girl this summer while the rest of us have slacked off. You deserve some time off!! You definitely have a mulligan at my place. :)

Enjoy!

Ann, I know exactly how you feel and don't worry, take time for yourself. We are your fans and friends and we'll be here when you get back to us. And, though I like both shots, I like the original best. They are both very cool.

That is so neat how you do that! Love it!! There is just not enough hours in a day. I have 2 more weeks before I go back to work and I am trying to cram everything in. So I am probably not going to be blogging much!!

I also feel the same way as you do. Sometimes I get exhausted with all the many things I need to accomplish. Having a break would surely help.

About the photo you edited, you did a perfect job, Ann! Great art as always.

Very nice, I so need to learn how to do that! Hope things slow down for you a bit.

I almost half hoped that bird will drop "bombs" on those people :D

Well, that's just me ahahaha..

Great photos, Ann. But I know exactly what you mean about the overload - like you, I have so many things that I really want to do that there just aren't enough hours in the day. Sometimes even having too many pleasurable things to do can seem like a pressure. Take time out and chill ...

Take a break chickie; lots going on. You know what? I betcha it'll all still be there for you when you get back ;o)

This is one of those times when Duke romps in to the rescue--right?

Love the edit one although they are both great pictures. Hope you have a good week of sort of rest. I don't work and will never know how you gals and guys that work do this blogging too. It is a lot of stuff to do. We will certainly be here when you get back. Pictures will be good.
Have a wonderful restful week.

The edit looks more like a painting, very interesting.

I like how you edited out all the people. That is definitely my type of beach, no crowds.

Very awesome photo! It's so good, it looks as if it was staged. Why can't I get fantastic shots like that?

Ann I am feeling about the same as you. I will be helping out in school in Sept. I might just take the whole month off.

Ann-Glad you are taking time to recharge your batteries. I understand completely. School will start for me soon and I'll be scarce around blogville for a bit!

Enjoy your time "off." Love the picture AND the edit!

Great job removing the people, Ann. You're magic. I understand that you may need a break. I haven't posted in a few days either. Take a break, get some rest, and we'll be here when you get back. Hugs to Duke.

LOVE the edited version! Crowds are not my thing.
Take a break by all means - don't want you to burn out.
Have a restful week :)

Love the edited photo!

I'm finding it hard to keep up with everything these days ~ I think we all expect a bit too much of ourselves. I hope you enjoy a little break!
