busy busy

I have had such a busy weekend that I never had time to get a post ready for today. My backstock of posts ran out and I have nothing. I'm going for a consecutive run on posts here though so I can't let it slide today. You'll have to settle for me just popping in to say I have nothing for you :)
Promise I'll be back tomorrow with something better

You just need a picture of Duke when you don't have anything to say. He's all most of us would need. Just saying.

Have a terrific day. My very best to Duke. :)

Nothing could be better than a friendly Hi from you, Ann!

I've been extra busy too and barely posted the past few weeks. But, I do try and visit everyone although commenting isn't always happening :)

I know just how you feel and what a good idea just to say, you have nothing. I believe I will use that some day. Hi there Duke. Hugs to you.

Back stock of posts - oh Ann I am envious!!!! Whenever I think that I have something at the back of my mind that I would like to turn into a post it usually takes me much, much longer than I initially intended. I check up facts in books then often re-check on the web - today could I spell Tutankhamun? I began typing it out and spell check changed it at the end to men ... so then it didn't appear to be right and I started looking up to see how it was spelt yet again. Then there was the confusion of the seeds ... some referenced them as being a cross between round and angled whilst others had them as long and thin. The ones that I purchased were long and thin but were they the medicinal ones? Anyway this was supposed to have been a simple post and it ended up turning into a job and a half.

Talking about your lovely Duke - I wonder if you could indulge me and take a photograph of his coat to see if you can see both the thin and the thick part of the coat. I have always found Westies wonderful with their two in one coats. My little Westie never developed the thicker part of her coat and she was left with just the thin downy part of the coat .. I was never able to find out why!

Yup - a photo is always a good way to fill in when you've had a busy day - we all like to go "awww"

I'm still attempting to catch myself up with things, so a big thank you to everyone for stopping by. I honestly would have put up a picture of Duke but I didn't even have one of those ready to go :)
